In the past, I have done tapestry work and I would liken the experience to painting this piece.This abstract piece was quite labour intensive but at the same time, I found it was so enjoyable to create. The process became very addictive and the end result was quite rewarding. Using a colour palette indicative of nature and heavy bodied acrylic paint to achieve a wonderful raised texture.
