Saadani cheetah by Deb Farrimond – Saadani was my favourite cheetah at Monarto Safari Park in South Australia. Saadani is a stunning portrait of my favourite cheetah. Cheetah are on the endangered list and as a conservation artist, I just had to paint his beautiful face to bring awareness to their plight to survive on this planet.

He passed away unexpectedly a few days after we had visited the park. I had taken some beautiful photos of him and wanted to paint his gorgeous face as a memory.
Painted in soft pastel on pastel paper, this gives a gorgeous soft look for the fur and stunning details for his beautiful eyes.
Cheetah are an endangered species and Monarto Safari Park are supporting conservation and breeding programs here and in Africa.

Framed and ready to hang with gallery wires and D hooks, white distressed frame and mat(60cm X 50cm)
