This little fella perched outside my studio window so I couldn’t resist painting a picture of him.
I’m still loving my metallic oils so I felt adding a geo background would give him a push forward along with some highlights in his kingfisher wings! The metallic paint is predominantly silver mixed with grey with bronze hoops.
