Additional Information

The Pier – I guess this could be a pier anywhere in the world that your imagination may take you. I had almost completed it when I decided to add the birds in the foreground. I felt that the lone man and one small boat created a somewhat sombre scene yet my intention was to create a calm and peaceful image. I created this painting using sponging, pointillism and conventional brush strokes. This artwork measures 72 x 64 cm including the mats and 5.5 cm wide frame.

This painting is signed on the front and a laminated, numbered Certificate of Authenticity is included.
