During this lockdown period, I’m very grateful to be able to walk at the beach. It brings everything into perspective and calms my heart. As I walked through the car park this day, everyone was discussing the latest restrictions and covid results. But looking out to sea, I was reassured by the way nature continues with the cycles of life. The tide ebbs and flows each day and the sun is still shining. Everything will be ok.
