Vertigo by Cathy Gilday – This was another piece of “holiday art.” I always enjoy creating these surreal landscapes while travelling. For practical reasons‚ I kept to A5 paper and the very portable watercolour pencils & fine ink pens. My inspiration was the magnificent views and landscapes I was lucky enough to visit‚ this time through Malaysia & Thailand where i find the colours to be so vibrant‚ they seem exaggerated! Unframed.
