One of my “homonym” series where the words are spelled the exactly the same but have two completely different meanings.

In this painting I created a striking and elegant image based on the viola instrument and viola flower.

I love the limited colour palette that I used in this artwork and hope you like it too. Quality acrylic paint on stretched canvas, sprayed with protective satin varnish. The sides are paint the same colour as the background. Ready to hang.
