This evocative piece presents an upside-down outline of a head, intricately laced within a circular form that suggests a reflection on an icy surface. At its center, a blue hole symbolises the frigid depths of arctic waters, connected by a line that evokes a fishing line. A fish hovers near the hole, drawn from the depths of our subconscious. Will our deeply protected self be ‘hooked’ by the curiosity and desire to connect with an other.
