These are an abstract – modern textural take on these beautiful Australian birds. Using metallic golds in their wing detail and metallics and silver foils through the background pick up nicely in the light. This is the first of the blue wrens with a combo of 4 birds. Mixed media on canvas to create textures, sides painted too – gloss finish.
