This scene was set in the 16th arrondissement, a quiet more residential area of Paris. These are typical Parisian everyday scenes that capture the narrative with the emphasis being ‘everyday’ in contrast to the tourist impression of Parisian. There are six paintings in this series – all portrait orientation and a seventh large landscape orientation. Only professional acrylic paints are used on all of my canvases.
