I wanted to create a long still-life and so I decided to use six turquoise and lilac coloured jars in contrast to the pinks,reds and whites of the floral arrangements. I liked the shelf like arrangement and could visualize the finished painting against a choice of background colours. I aimed for a feeling of freedom in the brush techniques. I always use professional Atelier paints.
