Additional Information

The geese were at a watermill on the way to Cornwall in England and begging to be painted. They reminded me of Beatrix Potter animals and took on human traits in my eyes. The geese were wallowing in the mill pond and generally having a good time. This free, splashy watercolour was intended to depict the playful movement. The painting shows one of the geese has no border and so, when framed with a matt it will be slightly smaller than the image.shown 30.5x 21.5.
