The background features pages from a vintage burger cookbook, with its yellowed, timeworn paper proudly displaying the marks of age and use. Layered atop this are repurposed elements harvested from old magazines, children’s books, cookbooks, and junk mail. Reusing materials that are usually discarded to form a new visual narrative.

This work embraces fun and nostalgia, celebrating an iconic character whilst utilising recycled materials to create a layered textural artwork.

Finished with three coats of gloss varnish, ‘Square Meal’ has a sleek, glass-like surface that enhances the depth and vibrancy of its colours. The piece comes framed in a natural wood and is ready to display.
