My collection of vases increases constantly – you could say that it has become an obsession to buy still-life vases, jugs and other artifacts! I still love bright colours but sometimes I need to work with a calming cool palette and create minimalist style works. ‘The Collection’ fills an entire shelf and now has begun to fill a corner of the studio but can I stop? Probably not!! A large landscape oriented still-life of eleven life-size vases ranging in height in pastel blues, creams and white on a neutral background. An original acrylic using only professional Atelier paint. The sides are painted to allow for hanging unframed if desired.
