I’ve been revisiting still life objects through art that bring, or have brought me joy over the years. So this piece is painted directly from my personal collection of good tunes, great shows, killer books and cracking video games.

The Real Thing by Faith No More, one of my all time favourite albums. This cassette version is painted directly onto a vintage music sheet which is on premium 1cm thick primed plywood.

Framed in a simple white painted wooden frame. Ready to hang.

3 coats of gloss varnish have been applied to protect the artwork. The gloss gives the piece a glassy finish, and really brings out all the colour in this piece.
